Welcome!

Change happens when we feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or questions about identity and purpose, therapy can be a place to pause, reflect, and grow.

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are seeking clarity and relief from the challenges that weigh them down. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to explore your story, your patterns, and your hopes for the future.

My own journey of 14 years in recovery deeply shapes how I show up as a therapist. I understand what it means to struggle, and I also know the possibility of change and healing. I bring empathy, collaboration, and curiosity into every session, tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs. Together, we can work toward building the life and relationships you want with more balance, meaning, and self-understanding.

Contact

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re ready to begin or just have questions, I welcome the opportunity to connect with you.

I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, and I’m happy to provide a free 15-minute consultation so we can explore whether working together feels like the right fit.

You can reach me by phone, email, or through the contact form below. I look forward to hearing from you and supporting you on your journey.
